Shipping & Delivery
How does shipping and delivery work?
Welcome to the BeaBurst family! Once you've placed an order, our team will carefully package your products and ship them within 24-48 hours. To ensure you receive your goodies as quickly as possible, if your order contains different types of items, they may sometimes be shipped separately.
Your products will be sent via Australia Post and should arrive safely in your hands within 6-9 business days.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Please note: We send via signature-required post to ensure safe delivery. If you choose ‘Authority To Leave’ yourself, BeaBurst is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages.
How much do I pay for shipping?
All orders include FREE and fast delivery Australia-wide, no matter how many products you purchase.
When will my order arrive?
Once your order is packed and shipped, it begins its journey from BeaBurst to your doorstep.
You can expect delivery within 6-9 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note: While Australia Post estimates these delivery times, delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances. If there’s a delay, tracking updates may show a ‘delayed’ status.
How do I track my order?
After we dispatch your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a ‘Track Order’ button. Clicking it will take you directly to Australia Post’s tracking page where you can see live updates on your package.
Haven’t received the email? Check your spam or junk folder just in case.
Help! My order is lost or hasn’t been delivered.
If your tracking shows a delay or if you haven’t received your package within 20 days, please contact us so we can assist.
Note: For delivery issues, we recommend reaching out to Australia Post directly first. Once you've contacted them, let us know so we can help escalate the issue if needed.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes! If your order hasn't shipped yet, send us the correct address details and we’ll update it for you.
If your order has already been shipped, you can redirect it using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
Please note: We can only ship to the address provided at checkout. If an incorrect address was entered and the package is delivered there, we cannot retrieve it.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, BeaBurst only delivers within Australia.
Are there any customs or import fees?
Since all products are shipped from our Australian warehouse, there are no customs or import fees involved.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

- We do not offer wholesale discounts for reselling

Can I send an order as a gift?
- Yes, simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout
- No invoices or prices are included inside the package; receipts are sent via email
- Personal messages cannot be included due to fulfillment partner policies
Are there any physical stores or retail locations?
- No, all sales are through BeaBurst online store only
- International shipping is currently unavailable
Returns & Exchanges at BeaBurst
Do you have a returns policy? Sorry, we know this is the boring legal mumbo-jumbo, but take a minute to have a read of our return policy. We offer a 100-day risk-free trial of our products, during which you can return them at any time.
However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and/or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:
Payment at BeaBurst
How secure is your payment? All jokes aside — your privacy and security are our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments, an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and hold merchants accountable.
What payment types do you offer? We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we also offer Google Pay and Apple Pay!
Do you have payment plan options? Unfortunately, we don't currently offer split pay options like Afterpay, Klarna, or ZipPay. But stay tuned — these are coming soon!
How do I use a discount code? Woo, it’s on sale — so you’re basically saving money (at least, that’s what we tell ourselves when something is on sale). Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box to enter your discount code. Make sure to click ‘Apply’! This way, you’ll see how much you’re saving before proceeding to payment.
*Please note: Only one discount code can be used per order. If you’re purchasing multiple bundles and discounts, we suggest placing separate orders. Strikethrough prices may reflect the discount code mentioned in the description. Check email offers for which items the code applies to (e.g., specific products only).
I forgot to use my discount code! Made your purchase, and as the payment was loading you realized with horror you hadn’t added your discount? Never fear — that opportunity hasn’t slipped away! Simply contact our helpful team here, and they will be happy to assist in correcting this for you.

What currency is the store in? All pricing for our Australian store is listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
- Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 100 days of delivery/receiving your order.
- Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition, including attached tags and packaging. You will be asked to provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back so we can assess its condition.

How long do I have to return the products? We understand life gets busy! You have a full 100 days to decide if you want to keep your purchase. Please refer to our returns policy for more details.
Can I return my order for a refund? Yes! You can return any item ordered from BeaBurst for a full refund if returned within 30 days.
*Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be indicated on product pages and/or at checkout. All returned products must be in as new condition, with tags attached and in the original box.
**Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.
Do I have to pay for returns? Not at all! All eligible returns (for both refunds and exchanges) within Australia will be covered with a free return shipping label that we will organize for you—no need to pay postage! Just contact our friendly team here, and they’ll assist you through the process.

How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed? Once you send your return, please provide us with a photo of your post office receipt as proof that your return has been lodged. As soon as we receive this, we can process your exchange or refund immediately! If you forget to keep the receipt, we’ll need to wait until the returned item arrives back at our warehouse before proceeding.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed? If you receive a refund, you'll get an email confirmation from us once it’s processed. It typically takes 2-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider (e.g., Afterpay). If it takes longer than this, we recommend contacting your bank or merchant directly.
